Faircape is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Manager to lead and oversee financial reporting within a key portfolio. Reporting to the Group Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving team performance and ensuring seamless execution of financial strategies.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Team Management: Lead the accounting team, ensure task completion, and provide training to enhance performance.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Financial Analysis: Generate reports offering insights into financial position, performance, and cash flow.
- Tax and Compliance: Ensure timely submission of tax reports and payments in line with regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Debtors' Management: Oversee the debtors' ledger, ensure timely collections, and minimise debtor days.
- Creditors' Management: Manage the creditors' ledger, ensure timely payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Audit Coordination: Plan and coordinate external audits, ensuring records are audit-ready.
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA(SA) preferable
- Minimum B.Com Hons in Accounting/Management Accounting or similar qualification
Experience and Knowledge:
- Technical accounting expertise
- Financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of compliance and tax legislation

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45-minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.
Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 75 000.00 Cost to Company per month.
