You’ll own the strategy and performance of all B2B marketing initiatives—while enjoying the full support of a talented internal production team that includes a Production Manager, Graphic Designers, a Photographer, and a Copywriter.

You’ll focus on commercial acquisition, body corporate engagement, and brand positioning in the energy, technology, and infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across digital and offline platforms.
  • Design and execute go-to-market campaigns targeting key commercial, industrial, and body corporate segments aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and define target markets, map customer journeys, and build segmented marketing funnels tailored to industry needs.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns—from concept to delivery—with the support of an in-house team (Graphic Designers, Copywriter, Photographer, Production Manager).
  • Manage and direct the creation of marketing collateral, including digital ads, brochures, case studies, videos, presentations, and proposal templates.
  • Guide the development and maintenance of SEO-optimised website content, ensuring messaging accuracy, brand consistency, and user engagement.
  • Analyse marketing data, campaign performance, and customer insights to monitor KPIs, measure ROI, and proactively adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Lead the development and implementation of PPC, paid social, LinkedIn, and email marketing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs, allocate resources within the production team, and ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
  • Coordinate external suppliers and vendors as needed to support campaign execution, from sourcing to quality-checking deliverables.
  • Apply SEO best practices to maximise organic reach and enhance search performance of all digital content.
  • Create and manage content calendars across platforms, including website blogs and social media, aligned with seasonal trends and campaign themes.
  • Translate high-level brand strategy into tactical marketing plans that support revenue growth and lead generation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback to inform positioning and campaign development.
  • Support cross-functional teams (sales, technical, operations) with strategic marketing input and sales enablement tools.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within energy, tech, or services
  • Proven record of strategy development and successful lead generation
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM platforms)
  • Experience managing cross-functional creative teams or content pipelines
