Job Description

Faircape Group is one of South Africa’s most diverse and dynamic organisations, operating across healthcare, retirement living, telecommunications, fibre/ISP, utilities, and property development. As we continue to scale, attracting exceptional talent remains one of our highest strategic priorities.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Claremont within the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town to take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment strategy across multiple divisions. Why Join Us?

  • A senior-level role with high visibility and influence across the Group
  • Direct collaboration with executives and the ability to shape talent decisions
  • Above market-related salaries — we pay for excellence
  • No cost of desk & no unrealistic agency targets — enjoy a stable, fixed salary
  • Quarterly performance bonuses – rewarded for impact and delivery

  • Onsite Barista – enjoy free, barista-made coffee daily ☕
  • Subsidised vending snacks – quick, convenient energy boosts
  • Discounted ISP packages – stay connected at reduced cost
