The Faircape Group constitutes a group of companies with interests in a number of activities including Inpower (Solar, Backup Power, Generators, Power Management), CCTV Technologies, Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, Telecommunications, and an ISP,and infrastructure installation, Property Management, and related activities.

We operate across multiple business units, each with distinct customers, services, and growth goals. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can bridge business intelligence with targeted execution — taking data from across the group and turning it into actionable marketing plans that drive real results. 

You’ll work closely with Sales and the Heads of Departments to align marketing activity with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns across multiple brands to meet distinct KPIs
  • Interpret data from various business units to guide targeted campaign strategies and optimise performance
  • Plan, execute, and refine campaign workflows across platforms and internal teams
  • Implement and maintain email automation sequences to support the customer lifecycle and nurture leads
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to track conversions, lifecycle metrics, and campaign effectiveness
  • Optimise marketing processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales and Heads of Departments to align on lead management, pipeline contribution, and ROI tracking
  • Monitor marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and overall campaign performance metrics

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in an operational business discipline such as Business Management, Operations, or a related field (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advantageous)

Experience and Knowledge: 

  • Proven experience in marketing operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and automation tools
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, and content teams
  • High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.

Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.

With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont.

Faircape offers a market related salary. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience and other market related factors.
